HMC has assisted medically under-served communities with the start-up of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), including clinics with full 330 status (CHC) and 330 "Look-alike" clinics. We employ a qualified grant-writer who has over 10 years of solid background in community health center programs. HMC is also experienced in the Medicare and Medicaid Rural Health Clinic (RHC) program. We have obtained certifications for hospital-based RHCs and we recently helped a small rural hospital complete its conversion to a "Critical Access Hospital" under the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program.
