HMC will conduct a performance audit on your hospital that includes a comprehensive analysis of hospital financials, cost reports, charge structure, FTEs, wages, staffing patterns, departmental profiles and uncompensated care costs. The audit will include benchmarking of the hospital's data against industry standards. HMC will tailor the scope of the audit in accordance with management's objectives and we will make recommendations based on our findings.
